Siedler von Catan: Hex Design

Due to my stupidity, our only Siedler von Catan game was locked inside a room of a friend's, who had been gone for the whole holiday. So instead of abandoning the gaming New Year Eve plan, I spent last days of 2006 trying to make a clone of it.

Half way through cutting up the pizza box card board, another friend paid us a surprise visit, and brought with him a set of Catan. Hooray!

Note: I always incorrectly refer to the second hex map from the left as 'gold'. So, yes, it is actually the clay pit for bricks
